Repsol Honda pilot Dani Pedrosa revisited the top step of the podium for the first time in over a year at the Red Bull US Grand Prix in Laguna Seca. An action packed Laguna Seca grand prix saw just 12 riders finish a race of attrition, with six crashing out and James Toseland copping a disqualification. But it was the diminutive Spaniard who stood firm. Pedrosa holding off a last lap attack from Rossi to win after riding to the front off the line and dominating all race. Read more

Valentino has won his 100th Grand Prix in commanding fashion ahead of teammate Jorge Lorenzo and an ailing Casey Stoner at Assen. After starting from pole the Italian reached the milestone after reclaiming the lead from Stoner on lap two. It was another disappointing race for Stoner who was unable to attend media appearances post race, instead being treated for ‘exhaustion’ by medics in his trailer. Read more

Australian Casey Stoner has delivered Ducati its first ever win at home in Mugello with a frantic and hard fought wet race. With close battles for position throughout the race and throughout the field, and the added pressure of a mid race gamble onto slicks the Mugello Motogp was a cracker. Read more
Lorenzo Wins in Le Mans

Jorge Lorenzo has won an intriguing Moto Grand Prix from veteran mastermind Marco Melandri and fast finishing Dani Pedrosa after a race that saw strategy and tyre choice come into play and unto reigning champ Valentino Rossi. In a wet race riders were given the option to change bikes to a dry tyre mid way through and it was Marco Melandri who played the strategy the best. Read more

Jorge Lorenzo has won an atypical Motegi Grand Prix under brilliant sunshine today in Japan. After the rain cancelled qualifying session left riders gridding up in combined practice time order Rossi and Stoner lined up pole and position two, with Rossi’s teammate Lorenzo third. But as the flag dropped it was Rossi who bolted early in a surprising race. Read more
Three In a Row For Stoner

Casey Stoner has won his third consecutive Qatar MotoGP in a rescheduled season opener from reigning champion Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo. In a hectic race for the minor placings the trio skipped ahead of the pack. In the end Stoner crossed the line with the front of the new carbon-fibre framed GP09 Ducati pointed skyward, 7.7 seconds clear of Rossi. Read more
